About Rachelle
Rachelle’s path is that of a seeker and a guide. A mystic by nature, her deepest desire is to be a companion to and co-participant with the infinite human experience. She holds space with curiosity and reverence for what it is to be human. Her own experiences have led her to a profound respect and compassion for the unfolding of pain and loss into abundance, resilience, and wisdom. Her work is a blend of practices that mean the most to her from the traditions of somatics, depth psychology, yoga nidra and hatha yoga.
What does this look like in practice? Often our traumas and expectations, great or small, have created a schism between our bodies and our minds. We experience un-ease as a result of this disconnection. Rachelle supports the reconnection to body and soul for students and clients as they construct meaning and a renewed sense of ease with life. This may happen through movement, breath, meditation, rest, or imagination. Her sessions with clients are a creative blend of tools that meet whatever is arising in the moment.
Rachelle was raised a West Texas farm girl and her connection with the Earth is one of her greatest joys. She has been teaching in one form or another for twenty years.
She believes that healing is the felt sense of wholeness that arises from embracing what is. This is grace.
Life is meant to be lived. Tasted, touched, felt, breathed. Sometimes profound, sometimes playful, Life dances us through its moments of sorrow and joy, freedom and stability, transition and purpose. Learn to play with this colorful ebb and flow in your own life with Rachelle’s guidance.
